Recipe Notes

Smoky Tomato Pasta Storage Instructions

To store, place the pasta into the fridge for up to 4 days and in the freezer for up to 4 months, both held in an airtight container. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.

Smoky Tomato Pasta Reheating Instructions

As for reheating, the best and most efficient way is to use a microwave, reheating in bursts and mixing between each one. It can also be tossed into a pan over medium heat, but you’ll need to add more diced or crushed tomato to refresh it.
