With this delicious recipe, you can learn how to make garlic butter prawns like a chef. These prawns are sure to impress, perfect for a quick and easy dinner.
Butterfly the prawns by slicing under the belly from tail to head using kitchen sheers. Open it up and clean out the intestinal tract.
Melt the butter, add the garlic and parsley, and season to taste. Brush the garlic butter over the prawn flesh and season to taste.
Heat your BBQ to max temp. Place the prawns, flesh side down, on the grill for 1 minute. Flip the prawns onto the shell and cook for 2 minutes. Remove. While cooking, baste over garlic butter.
