Ingredients
 

  • 500g (1.1lb) - Swiss Brown/Cremini Mushrooms
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves, Minced, Sliced, or Diced
  • 1/2 - Whole Lemon, Zest Only
  • 5 - Thyme Sprigs, Roughly Chopped
  • 100g (3.5oz) - Unsalted Butter, Melted
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp (25ml) - Olive Oil
  • Seasoning To Taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 190°c - 375°f.
  • Add the mushrooms to a large mixing bowl. Add in all remaining ingredients & mix well.
  • Place the marinated mushrooms into a large baking dish, spread them out evenly & bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, give the mushrooms a mix to ensure they're cooked through & continue baking them for 5 minutes or until golden & soft. Remove from the oven.
  • Place mushrooms into a serving bowl, squeeze over a quarter of a fresh lemon, & garnish with fresh thyme. Dig in.
