Prepare the chicken wings into wingettes & drumettes, removing the wingtips.
In a bowl, add the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger & olive oil, whisk to combine.
Add the prepared chicken into the marinade & mix well. Wrap the bowl tightly & marinate in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, reserve the marinade. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven & baste with the reserved marinade, completely covering everything. Flip the wings & place them back into the oven for 10 minutes. Repeat the basting process again & bake for a final 10 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the oven, place the wings into a bowl, add over the garnishes & serve with the remaining sauce. Dig in.
