  • 4 - Chicken Thighs, Boneless & Skinless
  • 1 Cup (250ml) - Buttermilk
  • 2 tsp (8g) - Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp (8g) - Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp (8g) - Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp (0.5g) - Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt & Pepper

Dredge

  • 1 Cup (120g) - Plain (All Purpose) Flour
  • ½ Cup (60g) - Cornflour or Starch
  • 1 tsp (4g) - Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp (4g) - Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp (8g) - Smoked Paprika
  • Salt & Pepper

Frying

  • Neutral Oil or Tallow

Honey Butter Glaze

  • 3 Tbsp (42g) - Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Tbsp (28g) - Honey
  • ½ tsp (1g) - Dried Chilli Flakes (Optional)
  • Salt to Taste

Bread & Fillings

  • 2-4 - Buns of Choice
  • Pickles or Coleslaw
  • Mayonnaise

Coleslaw

  • ¼ - Green (White) Cabbage, Thinly Sliced
  • ½ - Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
  • 1 - Carrot, Grated
  • 2 Tbsp (40g) - Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5ml) - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp (10g) - Dijon Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
