Ingredients
1 Cup (230g) -
Base Mayonnaise
2 -
Dill Pickle Slices
1 -
Shallot
2 Tbsp (20g) -
Capers
5g (0.2oz) -
Flat Leaf Parsley (Substitute with 1 tsp dried)
¼ -
Lemon, Juiced
1 ½ tso (15g) -
Dijon Mustard
Salt & Ground White Pepper
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix well to combine. Check seasoning and adjust accordingly. Add it all to a tall jar for extra flavour and blend with an immersion blender. Check seasoning and adjust accordingly.
